abstract | The present invention relates to an apple drink and a method for manufacturing the same, and more particularly, to an apple drink of a new recipe capable of providing balanced taste and nutrition to satisfy various tastes or needs of consumers, and a method for manufacturing the same . More specifically, the present invention prepares an apple drink using apples, vitamin C, and carbonic acid, thereby maintaining the taste, aroma and nutrition of apples as they are, while preventing browning, increasing nutrition, and having good taste and nutrition. It relates to an apple drink of a new recipe that can be made and a manufacturing method thereof. A method for manufacturing an apple beverage according to the present invention comprises: washing an apple (S1); preparing apple juice by squeezing the washed apples (S2); pasteurizing the apple juice (S3); adding vitamin C to the pasteurized apple juice (S4); dissolving carbonic acid in the apple juice to which vitamin C is added (S5); and sealingly packaging the apple juice in which the carbonic acid is dissolved (S6). |
