The hard coat film 1 is equipped with the hard coat layer 11 on one main surface of the film base material 10. A hard-coat layer contains binder resin and an inorganic filler, and content of the said inorganic filler with respect to 100 weight part of binder resin is 20-80 weight part. As for the average primary particle diameter of a filler, 25-70 nm is preferable. As for the arithmetic mean roughness of the surface of a hard-coat layer, 2 nm or more is preferable. As for b* of the diffusely reflected light of a hard-coat layer, -0.2 or more is preferable. |
