abstract | A pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet 1 provided with a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 3 provided on the side of one main surface of the substrate 2 and the substrate 2, and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 3 is based on 100 parts by mass of a polymer (A) having a polymerizable functional group and a polymer (A) having a polymerizable functional group. It is formed from a pressure-sensitive adhesive composition containing 2 parts by mass or less of a photopolymerization initiator (B), and the photopolymerization initiator (B) has a mass extinction coefficient (unit: ml/g·cm) at a wavelength of 365 nm of the 3% by mass methanol solution. It is 200 or more and 1000 or less. In such PSA sheet 1, it is a PSA layer 3 formed from a PSA composition containing a polymer (A) having a polymerizable functional group, and cured by irradiation with a small amount of irradiation heat to sufficiently lower the adhesion to the device-related member after processing. Outgassing is suppressed and storage stability is excellent. |
