abstract A stacked and electrically interconnected structure is disclosed. The stacked structure may include a first element including a first contact pad and a second element including a second contact pad. The first contact pad and the second contact pad can be electrically and mechanically connected to each other by an interface structure. The interface structure may include a passive equalization circuit including a resistive electrical path between the first contact pad and the second contact pad and a capacitive electrical path between the first contact pad and the second contact pad. The resistive and capacitive electrical paths form an equivalent parallel resistor-capacitor (RC) equalization circuit.
