Method for Assaying Target RNA Using Droplet-based NESBA Techniques |
abstract |
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, a plurality of microdroplets are formed to obtain a result value of 0 or 1 based on the fluorescence signal processing according to the presence or absence of nucleic acids in the droplets through a uniform reaction in individual microdroplets. By performing digital analysis, it is possible to accurately diagnose absolute nucleic acids and target nucleic acid molecules with high sensitivity without using standard materials, and furthermore, it is a micro-droplet-based digital that can perform a variety of test items with only a small amount of samples. Methods for qualitatively and/or quantitatively diagnosing target RNA using NESBA techniques are described. |
