abstract It relates to a composition for determining the deer antler origin and a method for determining the type of deer antler comprising the same. According to a composition according to one aspect and a method of determining using the same, the present invention minimizes non-specific annealing that may be caused by a conventional method of determining the origin of antler by comparing the type of fluorescence and the temperature at which the intensity of fluorescence rapidly decreases. The specificity of the discrimination could be improved. Therefore, the present invention can quickly and specifically determine New Zealand deer antler, Chinese deer antler, Russian deer antler, or elk deer antler.
