The present inventors have conducted research to develop a novel salt form that can enhance the pharmacological effect by overcoming the problems of low water solubility and oral absorption rate of only 1% of tenofovir alafenamide hemifumarate currently on the market. Tenofovir alafenamide heminafasylate, which has a water solubility of 240 times higher than that of nopovir alafenamide hemifumaric acid, can be used as a therapeutic or prophylactic pharmaceutical composition for the treatment of HIV-1 infection and chronic hepatitis B. . |
