Preparing a microsphere; Step 2: performing heating or plasma etching pretreatment on the polymer microspheres; Step 3: coating or growing graphene on the surface or the inside of the polymer microspheres pretreated in step 2 using chemical vapor deposition to produce a graphene ball; Step 4: taking a proportion of the epoxy resin, curing agent, accelerator, and mixing and stirring until uniformly dispersed to prepare an epoxy resin gel system; Step 5: dispersing the graphene ball prepared in step 3 in the epoxy resin gel system to obtain a graphene ball conductive adhesive preparation material; Step 6: degassing the graphene ball conductive adhesive preparation material to obtain a graphene ball conductive adhesive.
