The present invention relates to novel processes for metallization of dielectric substrate surfaces that are applied with an organosilane composition and then oxidized. The method allows the metal plated surfaces to exhibit high adhesion between the substrate and the plated metal while simultaneously leaving the smooth substrate surface intact. |
