Curable composition for photoimprint, cured product, and method of producing film having pattern, optical component, circuit board, or electronic component using the composition |
abstract |
In the imprint method in an atmosphere of a gas containing a condensable gas, the curable composition for optical imprint is hard to cure, and the pattern is not completely formed and causes defects. The present invention relates to a curable composition for optical imprinting in an atmosphere of a gas containing a condensable gas. The curable composition for optical imprinting comprises at least the following components (A) and (B): (A) a polymerizable compound, and (B) a photopolymerization initiator. The component (B) has a saturation solubility of less than 1 wt% or a Hansen distance (Ra) to the condensable gas in the liquid phase at 5 ° C and 1 atm greater than 7.6. |
