Near-infrared fluorescence smart probe for selectively detecting tau aggregates for the early diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease |
abstract |
The present invention relates to a near-infrared fluorescent smart probe for detecting tau fiber protein for early diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease. When the near-infrared fluorescent smart probe of the present invention is used, it binds to the tau fiber protein and has fluorescence in the near-infrared region. Therefore, the intensity of fluorescence upon binding with the tau fiber protein is increased and the fluorescence intensity of the fiberized beta amyloid and bovine serum albumin It shows an excellent tau selectivity due to an increase in fluorescence intensity as compared with that of the cytoplasm. Thus, it is possible to diagnose Alzheimer's disease early as a near-infrared fluorescent smart probe. |
