abstract | The present invention relates to an aqueous aerosol coating composition and a process for its preparation. The aqueous aerosol coating composition according to the present invention comprises a water-soluble resin, a pigment, a surfactant, a defoaming agent, a dispersant, an anti-settling agent and a carrier, wherein the water-soluble resin is 30 to 40 parts by weight, the pigment is 10 to 18 parts by weight, 0.1 to 1.5 parts by weight of the antifoaming agent, 0.1 to 1.5 parts by weight of the antifoaming agent, 0.1 to 1.5 parts by weight of the dispersant, 0.5 to 1.0 part by weight of the antifouling agent and 35 to 45 parts by weight of the carrier. According to the above-described constitution, the aqueous aerosol coating composition according to the present invention can improve physical properties such as good adhesion with a material, water resistance, abrasion resistance, alkali resistance, weather resistance and quick drying (hardening) speed, Can be prevented, and workability can be improved, so that appearance defects can be remarkably reduced, and various environmental regulations and human health safety standards of various countries can be satisfied. |
