The present invention provides improved methods for the preparation of IVIG products. These methods provide various advantages such as reduced IgG loss during purification and improved quality of the final product. In other aspects, the invention provides aqueous and pharmaceutical compositions suitable for intravenous, subcutaneous, and / or intramuscular administration. In other embodiments, the invention provides methods of treating a disease or disorder, including administering an IgG composition provided herein. |
