titleOfInvention Method for making high speed fermentation eco-friendly amino acid fertilzer using by-products of aquatic products
abstract The present invention relates to a method for producing a high-speed fermentation eco-friendly amino acid fertilizer using a byproduct of fish processing. More particularly, the present invention relates to a method for producing an amino acid-containing fertilizer by pulverizing a by-product of fish processing, hydrolyzing the product by low molecular weight molecular weight using a protease, fermenting the hydrolyzate with microorganisms of Saccharomyces cerevisiae and Lactobacillus fermentum, Fermented amino acid fertilizer using a byproduct of aquatic products having a reduced odor peculiar to liquid fertilizer after fermentation. To this end, the present invention provides a process for producing a fish meal, comprising: (a) a pulverizing step of pulverizing fishery processing by-products using a pulverizer; (b) a hydrolysis step of adding protease to the processed by-products of the aquatic products pulverized in the pulverizing process to decompose the product; And (c) a fermentation process in which a microorganism is inoculated into a hydrolyzate of a hydrolysis process to ferment the fermentation process. The present invention also provides a method for producing high-yield fermented environmentally friendly amino acid fertilizer.
