abstract The present invention provides a method for mass production of various semiconductor crystal materials into a single layer or multilayer semiconductor nanolayers with a thickness of 100 nm or less. A semiconductor crystal material having a layered structure connected to the positive electrode and a negative electrode are immersed in an electrolyte solution having a nonmetallic anion and then a positive voltage is applied to the positive electrode and a negative voltage is applied to the negative electrode. And the anion is inserted between the layers of the semiconductor crystal material to peel off the layer.
