The present invention relates to a method for producing reprocess powder and a method for producing rice cake including reproductive powder prepared by the method. The recovered powder prepared according to the present invention maintained the original green color and showed better characteristics than those of the conventional rice cake material. That is, it is difficult to produce a certain quality product when the rice cake is manufactured because the moisture content of the rice used in the conventional rice cake production is not constant, and it is difficult to cope with mass production and production of various kinds of rice cake products. The above problems can be solved. |
