abstract |
The present invention provides an adhesive sheet comprising a substrate and an adhesive layer disposed on at least one surface of the substrate and containing thermally expandable microspheres, wherein the adhesive layer has a thickness of 10 to 38 μm and the thermally expandable microspheres have a maximum particle diameter of the adhesive sheet. It is related with the adhesive sheet which is below the thickness of a layer, and whose mode diameter is 5-30 micrometers. The adhesive sheet of the present invention enables high precision processing in the processing steps of electronic components such as small ceramic capacitors, and can greatly improve product characteristics and productivity. |
