titleOfInvention | Primer set for amplifying target sequences of pathogenic bacteria and pathogenic viruses in gourd and plant and methods for detecting pathogens using the same |
abstract | The present invention simultaneously detects leaf spot germs ( Xc ), fruit rot bacteria ( Aac ), cucumber green spot mosaic virus (CGMMV), Curie green spot mosaic virus (KGMMV) and zucchini green spot mosaic virus (ZGMMV) among gourd and crop seed infectious pathogens. Provided are primers and a detection method using the same. The primer set for detecting pathogens of the present invention can simultaneously detect five pathogens from gourds and crop seeds distributed in Korea. Accordingly, the present invention, in the watermelon and crops melon, watermelon, cucumber, pumpkin, melon, by simultaneously detecting the pathogens of the watermelon and crop seeds to check the contamination rate and to select seeds of healthy varieties uncontaminated, the complaints caused by seeds This can be useful for quickly resolving complaints. |
