titleOfInvention | Specific Primers for Detection of Kyuri green mottle mosaic virus |
abstract | The present invention relates to a nucleic acid fragment that specifically reacts with Curinobhan mosaic virus, and more particularly, a nucleotide sequence represented by SEQ ID NO: 3 to 6, its complementary nucleotide sequence, or a mutation based on these nucleotide sequences is carried out. A primer consisting of any one nucleic acid fragment of the modified sequence or a specific combination of these nucleic acid fragments is disclosed.n n n According to the present invention, a detection limit of 1,000 times or more is higher than that of a diagnostic method using antiserum, and detection of all strains of Curinnovan mosaic virus known to date is possible. In addition, there is no non-specific reaction with other related viruses that occur in gourd crops, which makes it possible to diagnose the infection of Curinnovan mosaic virus more precisely. |
