titleOfInvention Method for preparing glyceryl phosphoryl choline type I crystal
abstract The present invention relates to a method for producing glyceryl phosphoryl choline type I crystals, and more specifically, liquid L-α-glyceryl phosphoryl choline having a water content of 15 to 18% and concentrated to 6 to 12% water content of alcohol. After dissolving in a solution, it relates to a method for preparing L-α-glyceryl phosphoryl choline type I crystal in the form of an anhydride obtained by seed seed, aging and filtration. The L-α-glyceryl phosphoryl choline type I crystal has an onset temperature of 147 ° C. and an endothermic peak of 150 ° C. in differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) analysis and 2θ diffraction in powder X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis. The angle has a diffraction pattern of 9.8 ± 0.2 °, 12.0 ± 0.2 °, 14.3 ± 0.2 °, 15.8 ± 0.2 °, and 19.6 ± 0.2 °.
