titleOfInvention | Supermolecular thermoreversible crosslinkable elastomer composition excellent in mechanical strength and permanent compressive strain, and method for producing elastomer using same |
abstract | The present invention relates to a supramolecular thermoreversible crosslinkable elastomer composition having excellent mechanical strength and permanent compression strain, and a method for producing an elastomer using the same. Specifically, the present invention relates to an ethylene-propylene diene monomer (EPDM) by a reaction extrusion method. A graft high grafting ethylene-propylene rubber compound is prepared using unsaturated carboxylic acid, peroxide, and antioxidant, which has a higher reaction stability than unsaturated acid anhydride. The present invention relates to a supramolecular network thermo-reversible crosslinking rubber composition and a method for producing an elastic body using the same, wherein the metal salts are used alone or in combination to form intermolecular ionic bonds. Similar to crosslinked rubber at room temperature When heat is applied with one elastic and mechanical property, it exhibits thermo-reversible crosslinking by heat due to intermolecular mobility, and thus can be reprocessed by displaying thermoplastic while being melted again. The supermolecular thermoreversible crosslinked elastomer composition is not only capable of continuous processing and production using general thermoplastics or rubber processing equipment such as extruders, injection molding machines, calenders, etc. Has little merit that it can be reused repeatedly so that it has eco-friendly characteristics in terms of recycling resources, and has excellent mechanical strength and permanent compressive strain.
