abstract | (57) [Problem] To provide a modified resin composition and a laminate having excellent adhesive strength and excellent recyclability when kneaded together with a main material and a barrier material. SOLUTION: A mixture in which an unsaturated compound having at least one kind of functional group selected from the group consisting of an acid anhydride group, a carboxyl group and a metal carboxylate in the molecule and a polyolefin resin or a rubber compounded with the unsaturated compound is melted. A modified product (A) obtained by kneading and graft modification, an unsaturated compound having at least one functional group selected from the group consisting of an acid anhydride group, a carboxyl group, and a metal carboxylate in the molecule; A modified resin composition comprising a modified product (B) obtained by graft-modifying a resin or a mixture thereof with rubber in a solvent, and a laminate using the same. |
