titleOfInvention Solar cell manufacturing method and solar cell manufactured thereby
abstract A GaN solar cell manufacturing method and a GaN solar cell manufactured thereby are provided.n n n GaN solar cell manufacturing method according to the invention comprises the steps of (a) laminating a solar cell element layer containing InGaN on a sacrificial substrate; (b) forming at least one solar cell device including the solar cell device layer by etching the device layer to expose the sacrificial substrate; (c) boiling the exposed sacrificial substrate to separate the at least one solar cell element spaced at a predetermined interval from the sacrificial substrate; (d) contacting the separated one or more solar cell elements with a PDMS; And (e) transferring the solar cell element in contact with the PDMS to the flexible substrate, wherein the solar cell manufacturing method according to the present invention transfers the high temperature semiconductor process to the flexible substrate and then transfers the flexible substrate to the flexible substrate. Therefore, the manufacturing of a flexible solar cell is possible. Furthermore, since a large number of solar cells can be implemented and manufactured in an excellent arrangement in a large area, the economy is excellent.
