titleOfInvention Manufacture method for poly lactic acid using the wheat bran
abstract PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of polylactic acid using wheat bran is provided to economically produce the polylactic acid by using the cheap by product wheat bran of a grain processing process. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of polylactic acid using wheat bran comprises the following steps: mixing the wheat bran with water, and adding NaOH and acetic acid to stir(S1); gelatinizing a wheat bran raw material with steam inside a gelatinization device(S2); liquefying the material inside a liquefaction device using a liquefying enzyme(S3); transporting the liquid material to a storage(S4); adding acetic acid and a diastatic enzyme to stir, after cooling the storate(S5); adding phosphoric acid ammonium, magnesium chloride, and others to the material(S6); fermenting the mixture(S7); adding the NaOH and fermenting again(S8); heating the obtained polylactic acid(S9); stirring the polylactic acid inside a dissolution apparatus including methylene dichloride and water(S10); and removing the impurities and an organic solvent(S11).
