titleOfInvention In-mold coating method and apparatus
abstract In the in-mold coating method and apparatus of the present invention, the insert of the mold of the coating apparatus is made of a transparent material and coated with a reflective layer, respectively. Each insert is provided with a light generator, a light sensor and a camera. The in-mold coating method of the present invention comprises the steps of closing a mold, dispensing a liquid lacquer or other liquid coating material after placing the intermediate finished product formed by injection molding or other processes in the mold, and in a packed state. Using the camera to monitor the light, after completing the filling, starting the light generator, and in such a way that the sprayed liquid lacquer or other liquid coating material is cured to form a coating film on the surface of the intermediate finished product. And using the optical sensor to monitor the amount of light irradiated onto the sprayed liquid lacquer or other liquid coating material.n n n n In-mold Coatings, Inserts, Reflective Layers, Light Generators, Light Sensors, Cameras, Liquid Lacquers, Coating Films
