titleOfInvention Molding of photosetting molding material
abstract PURPOSE:To irradiate ultraviolet light from all directions and conduct prompt and complete photosetting action by using a mold having permeability to ultraviolet light. CONSTITUTION:A photosetting molding material 1 is put in an ultraviolet-light permeable mold 2 to irradiate ultraviolet light to the mold 2 to photoset and mold the photosetting molding material 1. The photosetting molding material 1 is preferable to be a composition having photosetting function. Transparent synthetic resin such as glass, acryl resin, styrol resin, polymethyl pentel, etc. can be applied to the material of the ultraviolet permeable mold 2. Ultraviolet irradiation can be conducted by an ordinary ultraviolet irradiating device or a mercury arc lamp of any of low pressure, high pressure or superhigh pressure.
