abstract | The present invention relates to an insulating film and a method of manufacturing the same for coating wires of various transmission or communication wires to improve the breakdown voltage and heat resistance, and to facilitate identification of the wires. 8 to 12% by weight of acetate resin, 20 to 45% by weight of urethane resin, 2 to 6% by weight of celluloid resin to improve heat resistance, 1 to 3% by weight of antiblocking agent to prevent blocking phenomenon and pigment for color expression 8 ~ 25% by weight, 5-10% by weight of toluene as a diluent, and 10-15% by weight of methyl ethyl ketone as a true solvent and 20-40% by weight of ethyl acetate. It is manufactured by coating another plastic film on the upper surface of the plastic film coated with a predetermined thickness and coated with the coating composition for coating.
