SOLUTION: As a cable jacket (2), 55 to 90 parts by weight of a liquid plasticizer and 0.1% by weight of a fatty acid amide are added to 100 parts by weight of a vinyl chloride resin or a vinyl chloride copolymer resin. A composition composed of 2 to 3.0 parts by weight is used. Alternatively, a composition formed by adding 0.2 to 3.0 parts by weight of fatty acid amide to a thermoplastic urethane resin is used.
