titleOfInvention | Novel vectors, expression cell lines, and methods for producing recombinant proteins using the same for mass production of recombinant proteins |
abstract | The present invention provides a high expression induction cassette, the expression induction cassette, and a selective expression comprising a promoter of dihydrofolate reductase from which all or part of a GC-rich repeat sequence has been removed, which can improve gene amplification technology more efficiently. The present invention relates to an expression vector further comprising a gene encoding a recombinant protein of interest, an animal cell line transformed by these expression vectors, and a method for mass production and purification of the recombinant protein by culturing the transformed animal cell line. According to the present invention, a short period of use of a low concentration of dihydrofolate reductase inhibitor can shorten the development period of a cell line capable of producing a high concentration of the recombinant protein of interest, thereby enabling the production of a more efficient recombinant protein. n n Dihydrofolate reductase, GC-rich repeat, recombinant protein, high expression |
