abstract The present invention relates to a double pipette used for the production of somatic cell replication embryos consisting of an incision pipette and a denuclearization / nuclear transplant pipette, a method for denuclearization / nuclear transplantation of nucleated oocytes using the same, and a method for producing somatic cloned animals.n n n The double pipette of the present invention is a micromanipulation pipette in which an incision pipette and a denuclearization / nuclear transfer pipette are coupled to each other, and by using the double pipette, the rate of denuclearization in the nucleus-nucleated oocytes during the production of the somatic cell embryo and the blastocyst development rate of the fertilized egg afterwards are used. It shows an increasing effect.n n n Therefore, the double pipette of the present invention and the method for denuclearization and nuclear transfer of nucleated oocytes using the same can be usefully used for the production of somatic clones.
