abstract The present invention relates to a method for the efficient preparation of bitellogenin, a biomarker protein useful for detecting contamination of farmed fishes of endocrine disruptors, which have been identified as one of the main causes of ecosystem disturbance by showing estrogen activity.n n n The present invention injects estrogen compounds such as 17 beta-estradiol after anesthesia of fish, and significantly lowers mortality of fish through proper hygiene management so as to prevent necrosis of wounds in the injection site during the period of vitelogenin induction. Derived bitelogenin can be purified from the serum of fish without the use of heparin, so that it can be easily used as a standard for antibody production and analysis by fish species. Therefore, the efficient manufacturing method of vitelogenin presented in the present invention is one of the source-based technologies essential for the development of endocrine disruptor biomarker retrieval technology. The development of assays such as enzyme immunoassay is expected to be facilitated.
