titleOfInvention | Umbilical Cord Blood-derived Multipotent Stem Cells and Cell Therapy for Ischemic Necrosis Disease Containing the Same |
abstract | The present invention provides a multipotent stem cell which is adult stem cell obtained by culturing cord blood (umbilical cord blood) -derived blood in a medium containing human serum or plasma, and an obstructive arterial disease containing the same as an active ingredient. It relates to a cell therapy for the treatment of ischemic necrosis disease. Multipotent stem cells according to the present invention, despite being adult stem cells, have the ability to differentiate into osteogenic cells or neurons, so arterial circulation in the femur causes peripheral circulation disorders and disrupts the tissues of the microvascular system, thereby ischemic necrosis. It is useful for the treatment of ischemic diseases such as cerebral infarction, myocardial infarction, and necrosis of the extremities of the extremities resulting in the sequelae of diabetes. |
