titleOfInvention | Pharmaceutical composition containing anthocyanin extracted from black soybean |
abstract | The present invention relates to cyanidin-3-glucoside, delphinidin-3-glucoside and petunidine-3- extracted from Glycine max (L) Merr . The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition comprising an anthocyanin containing glucoside (petunidin-3-glucoside) as an active ingredient. More specifically, an anthocyanin extracted from the black bean is expressed by TNF-α in vascular endothelial cells. Inhibits the expression of adhesion molecules (VCAM-1, vascular cell adhesion molecule-1), intracellular adhesion molecules (ICAM-1) and cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2, cyclooxygenase-2) In addition, it may be useful for preventing or treating atherosclerosis and heart disease by inhibiting the activity of NF-kB to reduce the causative factors of atherosclerosis and to suppress myocardial necrosis due to ischemia-reperfusion of the heart.n n n n Glycine max (L) Merr., Anthocyanin, arteriosclerosis, ischemia / reperfusion, myocardial necrosis, TNF-α, NF-kB |
