titleOfInvention Rubber chip and elastic packing material manufacturing method using elastomer
abstract A rubber chip and an elastic packaging material manufacturing method using an elastomer are disclosed. Rubber chip manufacturing method using an elastomer according to the present invention comprises the steps of (a) injecting an elastomer, a block copolymer based on styrene and butadiene, into a kneader, and (b) maintaining the temperature of the elastomer at 50 to 100 degrees Stirring for 1 minute to 10 minutes under the condition that is, (c) 100 to 500 parts by weight of process oil, based on paraffin and naphthene base oil, based on 100 parts by weight of the elastomer and stirred for 2 to 10 minutes (D) adding a filler member within 200 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of the elastomer, and (e) extruding and drying the stirred mixture within a range of 150 to 230 degrees using a compound machine. And (f) pulverizing the extruded dried product to a desired size.n n n The rubber chip manufactured by the rubber chip and the elastic packaging material manufacturing method using the elastomer according to the present invention can be mass-produced at an environmentally friendly and reasonable price because no harmful heavy metal component is detected at all in the heavy metal detection test. In addition, it has thermoplasticity and can be reused. In the case of a rubber chip using a conventional regenerated EPDM, it becomes a thermosetting resin and solves a disadvantage that cannot be reused.n n n n Elastomer, Eco-Friendly, Heavy Metal, Process Oil, Synthetic Rubber
