The present invention relates to a urethane elastic packaging composition excellent in impact resistance and gloss even in winter, (1) isocyanate and activity used in polyurethane prepolymer and polyurethane prepolymer having an equivalent ratio (NCO / OH) of isocyanate and polyol of 0.1 to 10 (2) 5 to 500 parts by weight of elastic rubber, based on 100 parts by weight of a polyurethane binder containing a hardener composed of an active hydrogen compound and a catalyst having a hydrogen ratio (NCO / H) of 0.5 to 3.0 in a ratio of 1: 3 to 3: 1. Chip, (3) from 0.5 to 10 parts by weight of styrene-isoprene-styrene block copolymer (SIS), styrene-ethylene-butylene-styrene block copolymer (SEBS), styrene-ethylene-propylene-styrene copolymer (SEPS) Urethane with improved low temperature impact resistance and surface gloss, characterized by containing at least one styrene-based elastomer selected, (4) 0.5 to 5 parts by weight of liquid silicone polymer, and (5) 0.01 to 2 parts by weight of sulfur.
