titleOfInvention | Method of Forming Composite Member |
abstract | A method for producing a composite member in which a conductive portion is selectively formed on an insulator is described. The method of the present invention comprises the steps of forming a photosensitive composition layer in or on the surface of an insulator that contains a compound that forms an ion exchange group upon irradiation with a wavelength of at least 280 nm, wherein the photosensitive composition layer is exposed to light having a wavelength of at least 280 nm. Selectively exposing, forming an ion exchanger in the exposed portion, and bonding metal ions or metal to the ion exchanger formed in the exposed portion of the photosensitive composition layer. |
