abstract The hard coat film (1) includes a hard coat layer (11) on one main surface of a film substrate (10). The hard coat layer contains a binder resin and an inorganic filler, and the content of the inorganic filler is 20 to 80 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the binder resin. The average primary particle diameter of the filler is preferably 25 to 70 nm. The arithmetic average roughness of the surface of the hard coat layer is preferably 2 nm or more. The b * of the diffuse reflection light of the hard coat layer is preferably -0.2 or more.
