The binder composition for a non-aqueous secondary battery electrode of the present invention contains 1% by mass to 50% by mass of an ethylenically unsaturated carboxylic acid monomer unit, and 10% by mass to 60% of a (meth) acrylamide monomer unit %, And a water-soluble polymer including a polymer X containing 5% by mass or more and 89% by mass or less of hydroxyl group-containing vinyl monomer units. |
