abstract | The present invention relates to (a) an epoxy resin and (b) an amine as a thermosetting agent, which relates to a sealing agent for an optoelectronic conversion element. The sealing agent for photoelectric conversion elements is (b) thermosetting in which (b) active hydrogen in the thermosetting agent is 0.8 to 3.0 equivalents with respect to 1 equivalent of epoxy group in the epoxy resin. An agent may be contained. (B) The thermosetting agent may be an amine adduct. (B) The thermosetting agent may contain at least two types of amines including 2-undecylimidazole. The sealing agent for photoelectric conversion elements may contain (c) a filler. (C) The filler may be one or more selected from the group consisting of hydrous magnesium oxalate, calcium carbonate, aluminum oxide, crystalline silica, and fused silica, and may have an average particle size of 50 μm or less. . The sealing agent for photoelectric conversion elements may contain (d) a silane coupling agent. |
