abstract | Disclosed is a dye-sensitized solar cell sealing agent capable of realizing a dye-sensitized solar cell having excellent performance and high productivity, and a dye-sensitized solar cell using the same. A first conductive support having a semiconductor-containing layer sensitized by a dye, and a second conductive substrate having a counter electrode provided at a position where the semiconductor-containing layer and the counter electrode face each other at a predetermined interval. A conductive support, a charge transfer layer sandwiched between the first and second conductive supports, and a peripheral portion of the first and second conductive supports for sealing the charge transfer layer. A sealing agent used for a dye-sensitized solar cell having a sealing agent comprising at least (a) an epoxy resin, (b) a thermosetting agent, (c) an epoxy (meth) acrylate, and (d) a photoinitiating polymerization agent. And (b) a dye-sensitized solar cell sealant in which the thermosetting agent is dicyandiamide and / or a dicyandiamide derivative, and a dye-sensitized solar cell produced using the sealant.
