titleOfInvention Acrylic fiber manufacturing method
abstract The present invention relates to a method for producing an acrylic fiber using a spinning stock solution in which an acrylic polymer is dissolved in an organic solvent, and the solidified yarn obtained by solidifying the spinning stock solution is sprayed with water 3 and pressed by a nip roll 2. It is related with the manufacturing method of the krill type | system | group fiber which has the water-washing process of performing alternately. The nip pressure by the nip roll is preferably 0.2 MPa or more. Thereby, the manufacturing method of the acrylic fiber which can remove the organic solvent in an acrylic fiber in a short time without using a water bath is provided.
