titleOfInvention | Cell adhesion light control substrate |
abstract | In the present invention, when cells are analyzed, sorted, and cultured in a living state, the operation can be performed more easily and in real time, and the cells can be cultured while removing and purifying unnecessary cells from the cultured cells. The purpose is to analyze and sort desired cells, and to improve the purity, recovery rate and viability of the cells. By using a cell-adhesive light control substrate characterized in that a photolabile group containing a coumarinylmethyl skeleton is bound and dissociated by light irradiation, and a cell-adhesive material is detached and a cell non-adhesive material remains. The cell image can be detected and analyzed to obtain the desired cell position information. Furthermore, based on the position information obtained in this way, it is possible to analyze and sort cells while they are alive. |
