titleOfInvention | Microsphere manufacturing method and manufacturing equipment |
abstract | In the process of microsphere production by the underwater drying method, the drug-containing polymer liquid (4) containing an organic solvent is emulsified with an emulsifying device (1) to produce an emulsion, and the obtained emulsion is stored in the microsphere accumulation tank (2). Transfer, part of the emulsion from the microsphere accumulation tank is passed through the crossflow filtration device (3), and the iterative process is used to return the crossflow filtration device passage liquid to the microsphere accumulation tank (2). Since the production of a small amount of microspheres is repeated, the apparatus can be miniaturized and sealed, and the production scale of the microspheres can be freely adjusted. |
