abstract | PURPOSE:To avoid remaining of water in a foamed article and to prepare a laminate without any warp, by discharging and expanding a foamable resin of a specific composition between two laminates each of which is coated with a hygroscopic layer aud foaming it. CONSTITUTION:A self-foamable and curable resol phenolic resin liquid mixture containing sodium dioctylsulfosuccinate represented by a formula I is extended on a hygroscopic face of a flexible sheet material 1 consisted of a metal foil 3, a moistureproof adhesive 4 and a hygroscopic layer 5 and thereafter foamed. Moreover, a hygroscopic face of the same sheet material as the above descrived flexible sheet material 1 is abutted on it. Than, it is heated and cured in an oven to obtain a phenol foamed laminate. |
