titleOfInvention Flame retardant heat insulation material and its manufacture
abstract PURPOSE:To make the title material entirely free from oozing out of phenolic resin, let the same possess high flame-retardant properties and improve surface strength and surface smoothness of the same, by making use of a surface material obtained by laminating and sticking nonflammable paper and glass nonwoven cloth together with an adhesive agent. CONSTITUTION:A mixed solution for a phenolic resin foam is cast on a glass nonwoven cloth side of a surface material obtained by laminating and sticking glass nonwoven cloth 3 to nonflammable paper 1 through an adhesive agent 2 or between both side surface materials by turning the glass nonwoven cloth inside and foaming and curing are performed. Paper such as aluminum hydroxide paper or nonflammable base material comprised of a reinforced laminated body of the paper and a glass fiber is used as the nonflammable paper. Basis weight of the nonflammable paper is 50-1,000g/m<2>, preferably 100-500g/m<2>. Glass fiber nonwoven cloth obtained by performing paper making of a glass fibril is used as the glass nonwoven cloth and its basis weight is 30-500g/m<2>, preferably 50-300g/m<2>.
