abstract NEW MATERIAL:An oxa(thia)zolidine derivative shown by formula I [X is O or S; R 1 is lower alkyl; R 2 is halogen, lower alkyl or lower alkoxy which may be replaced with halogen or phenyl which may be replaced with methylenedioxy group; R 3 is halogen, lower alkoxy which may be replaced with halogen, etc.; R 4 is lower aliphatic hydrocarbon group or group shown by formula II (R 6 is H or lower alkyl; R 7 is halogen, etc.), etc.]. n EXAMPLE: trans-5-(4-Chlorophenyl)-3-cyclohexylcarbamoyl-4-methyl-2-methylimio- oxazolidine. n USE: Is useful as an acaricide.
