titleOfInvention Method of integral foam molding
abstract PURPOSE:To prevent the molding failure due to insufficient sealing pressure and excess sealing pressure from developing by a method wherein the sealing surface of a foaming mold is divided so as to be able to individually control sealing pressure in response to blowing pressures of respective parts of a molded item. CONSTITUTION:A sealing surface 6 between a molding bottom force 2 and a molding top force 1 is divided into six regions so as to respectively attach bag members 8, 8.... The respective bag members 8, 8... are connected through pipes 82, 82... respectively to an air supply source so as to allow to be controlled individually. When urethane stock liquid 16 is expanded, the urethane stock liquid 16 flows to the sealing surface 6. At this time, air is supplied to the bag members 8, 8... through the pipes 82, 82.... Thus, the sealing surface 6 is sealed through the expansion of the bag members 8, 8.... At the expansion, as for the portion of large blowing pressure, the air pressure supplied to the bag member 8 is made higher so as to improve the sealability. On the other hand, as for the portion of small blowing pressure, the air pressure supplied to the bag member is made lower so as to accelerate the venting of gas.
