titleOfInvention Manufacture of integrally expansion-molded seat body
abstract PURPOSE:To contrive to precisely mount a skin material to a mold and to correctly form the skin material and at the same time to reduce the generation of defective product by a method wherein urethane release agent is sprayed, or a flexible releasable film, which down not bond to urethane, is affixed to a gusset part inside a skin in order to prevent a urethane molding from bonding to the skin. CONSTITUTION:The O-P-Q part of a skin material 1 is bent so as to be mounted along a bottom force 6. The skin material 1 is inserted in the bottom force 6 by lowering a top force 8 under the state that the terminal part of the skin material 1 is positioned in the O-P part of the bottom force 6. Next, urethane foaming stock is poured from a stock inlet 8a, for example, for foaming. After the completion of the foaming, the skin material 1 and a urethane molding 2 can be removed from the bottom force 6, since the skin material 1 and the urethane molding 2 are so soft as to be able to deform themselves, though they are in an overhung state. By spraying urethane release agent, of by affixing a flexible film-like substance, which does not bond to urethane, to a gusset part inside the skin material 1, the skin material does not bond to the molding part 2. Thus, the repair of the force is facilitated, and creases are also prevented from developing at the bonding part.
