titleOfInvention | Manufacture of elastic body for integrally foaming type seat |
abstract | PURPOSE:To obtain an elastic body having fine touch by setting a seat cover in a cavity of molds in a state of holding an end part of the seat cover in the cavity. CONSTITUTION:A seat cover 10a is formed by sticking a cover pad 12 made of slab urethane foam on the back of a skin 11, and a hanging cloth 13 and nosing 14 are sewn at its end. Since the seat cover 10a is set in a female mold 21 for foaming-molds and a part of the seat cover 10a does not exist between joining surfaces 21c, 22b of both the molds 21, 22, a foaming gas is not exhausted to the outside of the molds through the seat cover 10a. For this reason, since it is prevented that an undiluted solution for urethane foam intrudes into the cover pad 12 which is caused by outflow of the foaming gas, hardening of the cover pad 12 owing to the undiluted solution reduces remarkably. Since the seat cover 10a, as a result, keeps specified touch and the seat pad 10b keeps a previously designed properly, a seat back 10 having very fine touch is obtained. |
