abstract | PURPOSE: The titled composition effective for preservation from decay in various industrial fields such as prevention of wood against decay, prevention of putrefaction in paper making processes, etc., effective against molds likely multiplying at positions always with humidity in houses, etc., obtained by using a cationic surface active agent, an inorganic peroxide and its activator. n CONSTITUTION: A germicide composition containing (A) a cationic surface active agent having germicidal activity such as alkyldimethylbenzylammonium salt, substituted benzalkonium salt, etc., (B) an inorganic peroxide such as sodium percarbonate, sodium perborate, sodium phosphate peroxide, etc., and (C) an activator (e.g., polyhydric alcohol acetic ester or tetraacetyletylenediamine) for the component B in a ratio of 0.1W10pts.wt. component B and 0.1W10pts.wt. component C based on 1pt.wt. component A and in a weight ratio of the component B/C of 10/1W1/10. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1987,JPO&Japio |
